Terms of Service

Cancellation Policy

A rental deposit on the RV is due at the time of booking. This ensures that you receive the RV of your choice for the dates you request. If you decide to cancel your booking after you have paid the rental deposit:

  •       30 days or more before your rental: full refund
  •       30-14 days before your rental: 50% refund
  •       14-0 days before your rental: no refund

There will be no refunds or transfers of deposits, other than stated above for the following:

  • Event related postponements, rescheduling, delays, or cancellations
  • All COVID related issues

Rescheduling Policy

Should you choose to reschedule your rental:

  • You are allotted a one-time reschedule, permitted Ace RV Rentals is informed at least 2 weeks in advance of pickup date.
  • Should you choose to reschedule your rental and then decide to cancel, the originally scheduled rental date applies in terms of refund.

Security Deposit

The security deposit is authorized before your trip begins, and is used to cover any additional expenses over the estimated trip costs, such as mileage or generator overage, gas tank filling, or damage. If the damage is estimated to be more than the security deposit amount, an insurance claim is filed, and the security deposit acts as the deductible. The security deposit is $1,500 or $1,000 for RVs, and $500 for travel trailers. The security deposit is simply a hold on your credit card, and you will not be charged unless there are overages or damage upon your return. It is released 5-7 business days after the RV is returned.

Rules of the Road

    •       The RV is to be returned by 3PM on the last day of the reservation.  Customers who are not able to return by 3PM MUST inform Ace RV Rentals by calling 571-367-9223.
    •       Any late returns between 3 p.m. and 11 p.m. will incur a $150.00 late fee. Returns after 11PM on the last day of your rental are strictly prohibited and will incur a charge of an extra day plus insurance, if applicable.
    •       If the Wheelbase (third party) secondary insurance option has been selected, a deductible of 2% of the value of the RV applies, with a minimum of $500.00 and a maximum of $1,500.00. Please get in touch for the specific value of a particular rental unit.
    •       No smoking of any kind inside the RV.
    •       No climbing on the roof of the RV.
    •       Please lightly sweep the unit prior to return, and remove all trash and personal belongings. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee of $149 per hour.
